Our production is based on traditional proven recipes, ensuring that all products are of the best quality – our herring is delivered directly from fishing companies, whereas vegetables and cream used in our cream sauces are supplied by local producers.

Currently, our offer includes over 160 products, such as fried herring morsels, herring fillets in cream sauces, rolled herrings, soused herring, herring salads and many more – following the market trends, we constantly expand the offer.

The highest, unchanged quality and freshness of the products are our top priorities, constantly monitored and controlled by our laboratory and the Quality Department. Modern and certified (IFS, MSC) production lines and workstations, as well as strict control area guarantee the highest level of product safety.
